It took a few months to find the perfect home for Keriann and Allison, but we finally did it! After a couple deals fell through, Keriann and Ali were getting discouraged, as job transfers to Nashville were looming. Sebastian and Rachel Silbereis recently bought their first home in East Nashville. Sebastian is the Chef de Cuisine at Kim’s favorite restaurant, “ChaChah” on Belmont Blvd, and Rachel is employed there as well. This smart couple are eligible for the $8000 tax credit currently in effect until the end of November. In their words: "We loved working with Kim. We just bought our first house and to say we had questions is an understatement! Kim was there every step of the way.
